Mr. Hittle has been working in the hospital industry for over thirty years. He has extensive experience improving poor performing hospitals. He has worked in all areas of acute care hospital operations to include managing non-profit and for-profit hospitals, as well as the COO of a four hospital system. He has significant experience working in rural healthcare, developing positive physician relationships, developing positive board and community relationships and is proficient in managing operational efficiencies, growing volume and recruiting physicians.
Mr. Hittle is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Texas Tech University and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University. He is active in his community and has been President of various local non-profit boards. He is a Past President of the Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels and Past President of the New Braunfels High School All Sports Booster Club. Mr. Hittle has also taken an active role in his professional associations serving as President of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives and as President of the Trinity University Healthcare Administration Alumni Association.
Mr. Rojas has more than twenty five years of experience working in hospitals throughout Texas. He has significant experience managing the areas of Revenue Cycle Management (hospital and physician billing), Corporate Compliance, Health Information Management (Medical Records), and Case Management. He has a proven track record of turning around the business offices of small rural facilities as well as large hospital systems. Throughout his career Mr. Rojas has improved struggling operations and implemented process improvements so that the areas he is responsible for meet or exceed all comparative benchmarks.
Mr. Rojas is a Registered Health Information Administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Information Administration and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. He is active in various professional associations and has served as President and Board Member of local and state Health Information Management Associations. He has also served on the Finance Committee for his church and volunteers his time to community charitable organizations.
Shane Kernell is an experienced and respected executive who is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Graham Regional Medical Center. Prior to joining the Endeavor Healthcare team Mr. Kernell served as the President and CEO of St. Mark’s Medical Center, a 65-bed, regional medical center in La Grange, Texas. He has extensive experience as the CEO of community based, acute care medical centers. Mr. Kernell has a history of improving all aspects of a medical center’s operations including: volume growth; patient experience scores, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
Mr. Kernell holds a Master’ s Degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Throughout his career Mr. Kernell has been active in his community serving in various capacities for several non-profit organizations including Rotary International and the Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Garza is a performance driven, senior management professional with over twenty years of experience in hospital and physician practice management settings. Mr. Garza is adept at managing and optimizing all phases in the cycle of revenue management including the ability to assess, analyze and implement business requirements, isolate deficiencies, design innovative solutions and improve customer service offerings. Mr. Garza is recognized for his ability to lead diverse teams to heights of measurable success with his innovative and motivating leadership style.
Mr. Garza began his career serving in various leadership roles over the course of 15 years with a large publicly traded hospital corporation. His experience included serving as Assistant COO under their Executive Leadership Development program. Mr. Garza then moved into the physician service/practice management industry with a provider owned medical group in San Antonio, Texas as the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations. He also served as Interim CFO during a leadership transition for 5 years. Prior to joining Endeavor in 2014; Mr. Garza also performed consulting services as a project director focused on ICD 10 implementation.
Jeremy Riney is a proven healthcare executive who is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Connally Memorial Medical Center. Prior to joining the Endeavor Healthcare team, Mr. Riney served as the CEO of San Angelo Community Medical Center, a 171-bed, regional medical center in San Angelo, Texas. He is a respected leader who has experience as the CEO of for-profit and community based medical centers. Mr. Riney has recruited numerous quality physicians and improved all aspects of a medical center’s operations including: patient experience scores, volume growth, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
Mr. Riney holds both a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has chaired fundraising campaigns for the United Way and the American Heart Association.
