Henry Garza

Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Services

Karl D. Hittle, FACHE

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hittle has been working in the hospital industry for over thirty-five years. He has extensive experience improving poor performing hospitals. He has worked in all areas of acute care hospital operations to include managing non-profit and for-profit hospitals, as well as the COO of a four hospital system. He has significant experience working in rural healthcare, developing positive physician relationships, developing positive board and community relationships and is proficient in managing operational efficiencies, growing volume and recruiting physicians.

Mr. Hittle is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Texas Tech University and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University. He is active in his community currently serving on the New Braunfels Community Foundation Board and is a Past President of the Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels. Mr. Hittle has also taken an active role in his professional associations and is a Past President of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Past President of the Trinity University Healthcare Administration Alumni Association.

Curtis Rojas, MHA, RHIA

President

Mr. Rojas has more than twenty five years of experience working in hospitals throughout Texas. He has significant experience managing the areas of Revenue Cycle Management (hospital and physician billing), Corporate Compliance, Health Information Management (Medical Records), and Case Management. He has a proven track record of turning around the business offices of small rural facilities as well as large hospital systems. Throughout his career Mr. Rojas has improved struggling operations and implemented process improvements so that the areas he is responsible for meet or exceed all comparative benchmarks.

Mr. Rojas is a Registered Health Information Administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Information Administration and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. He is active in various professional associations and has served as President and Board Member of local and state Health Information Management Associations. He has also served on the Finance Committee for his church and volunteers his time to community charitable organizations.

Henry Garza

Senioer Vice President, Revenue Cycle Services

Mr. Garza is a performance driven, senior management professional with over twenty years of experience in hospital and physician practice management settings. Mr. Garza is adept at managing and optimizing all phases in the cycle of revenue management including the ability to assess, analyze and implement business requirements, isolate deficiencies, design innovative solutions and improve customer service offerings. Mr. Garza is recognized for his ability to lead diverse teams to heights of measurable success with his innovative and motivating leadership style.

Mr. Garza began his career serving in various leadership roles over the course of 15 years with a large publicly traded hospital corporation. His experience included serving as Assistant COO under their Executive Leadership Development program. Mr. Garza then moved into the physician service/practice management industry with a provider owned medical group in San Antonio, Texas as the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations. He also served as Interim CFO during a leadership transition for 5 years. Prior to joining Endeavor in 2014; Mr. Garza also performed consulting services as a project director focused on ICD 10 implementation.

Robert "Bob" Gillespie

Vice President

Bob Gillespie has worked in the healthcare field as a direct patient care provider and in various administrative capacities for more than twenty years. He began his career serving in the Air Force as a Laboratory Technologist and has gained extensive experience managing clinical and non-clinical entities throughout his career. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Connally Memorial Medical Center (CMMC) in Floresville, Texas. Prior to becoming the CEO, he was the Chief Operations Officer for CMMC and worked at the facility for thirteen years. He came to CMMC from the South Texas Blood and Tissue Center where he served as the Director of Operations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gillespie has been active in the community serving as a volunteer for various community and state associations.

Michael D. Allen

Vice President, Revenue Cycle Services

Mr. Allen has been working in the healthcare industry for over twenty-five years. He has extensive experience providing consulting services in the areas of Information Technology and Revenue Integrity to hospitals throughout the United States. Prior to joining Endeavor Healthcare, Mr. Allen worked for The Craneware Group, a leading national provider of revenue integrity solutions, and for University Medical Center Health System in Lubbock, Texas.

Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor of Clinical Laboratory Science Degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He is active in various professional healthcare associations and volunteers his time to local community charitable organizations.

Mandy Bingham

Director, Revenue Cycle Services

Mandy Bingham has worked with Endeavor Healthcare since 2021. She is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the Endeavor team that provides revenue cycle services to our clients. Prior to her time at Endeavor, Ms. Bingham worked for 20 years within various community hospitals. She has 14 years of Business Office Director experience managing several areas of the Revenue Cycle (scheduling, registration, cash posting, billing, and collections).

Ms. Bingham holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. She volunteers in her community and church. Ms. Bingham and her husband live in Seguin, Texas and have 2 sons.
